Broadcast Studio

Worst company to deal with
Worst company to deal with. They say will be sent Same day if ordered by 3.30pm. Did not happen. A week later still nothing. Can’t complain of customer service there isn’t any. Numerous messages and no response.

Phone systems are tricky - do research thoroughly.
The system is not intuitive, when the headsets arrived I found out I needed specific patch cables - that the site offers bundled with the headset but never offered that to me when I ordered. I ordered the patch cables from another site when I realised I needed them for the type of headset that was recommended for my SIP phone system.

Headset - EAR510 is a great headset for the GXP2170 works fine no audio lag like the Bluetooth models suffer. Its light and comfortable with clear audio both ways. Highly recommended for those wanting a quality headset and a great price.
