Above average at best
My review aligns at "above average" (3½ *). The reason for this is that I placed the order and had it confirmed on the 9 Jun 2020. I received notification that the parcel was on its way on the 22 Jun and was due for delivery on the 24 Jun, which did not arrive until the 26 Jun. The invoice, which was in the box, was dated 22 Jun and therefore, indicates my order was actioned/sent on the 22 Jun. 13 days to process and pack an item that was supposed to be in stock; average. Compare that to an order I placed at the same time with a company in Melb that I received in just 4 days.

Headest works but not on phones they needed to.
While the headset work perfectly fine it doesn't work on the phones that when i researched online was told they would work on. We are looking for headsets that will work Alactel- Lucent desktop phones, but they don't.
