Great service from sales team!
I emailed to-and-fro with the sales team several times to make sure we were, in fact, looking at a headset that was right for our desktop unit and that we did not need any of the "optional extras" - must have driven them crazy! When someone didn't know an answer, they quickly forwarded my query to someone who did.
The headset was duly ordered and was received promptly. Plugged it in and away we go, trouble-free! Awesome, thanks folks.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery, product works well. I am very pleased and would recommend. The only drawback is that my model of the phone doesn't have a handset jack on the side and so I still need to lift the handset off and replace it to take and end calls; but this is a small downside to the positives of the other hands free benefits. Am very happy.
