Initially had a great experience and recommended to many. Then placed conveyancing with Heald. A good service albeit a heavy penalty for the first failed sale.
Advice was then required regarding purchase relative to assets, etc. Very strangely, we felt not wanted with no response until chased and then fobbed off with 2 months appointment availability and excessive charge quoted. Obviously going to one of the many competitors!
