Very disappointed. Immigration department just wants your money, without any care of your life.
We instructed Farers to represent us for a very high profile community Trust dispute. They took £100,000 but held onto our case for 8 months and failed to serve a defence to the opposing parties. Absolutely pathetic
Utterly ridiculous company that puts up obstacles and barriers at every step of the way with unreasonable fees and zero explanation or justification for any of them. They are claiming money for old rope, as they act on behalf the Crown. They took far too long to respond to queries. Even now when we have requested their complaints procedure to make a complaint they have told us we have to go through… yes, you guessed, a solicitor! They act as though they are above the law.
I shall update this as our complaint progresses but this has been our experience so far.
