Am not impressed by Healthcode

Am not impressed by Healthcode. My debit card expired and was replaced. Healthcode did inform me that the monthly payment hadn't gone through. I had two months when I wasn't paying the (rather unfair) subscription to healthcode and when I tried to enter my bank details so I could submit a bill, I want able to get on to the details section. I had to call Healthcode. I spoke to a helpful man, who said that my details on the private practice register had been taken down. I expected the system to be back up and running today, however, I have not received the link I need to get myself back on the system. This isn't the first time I have had difficulties. I also had to call Healthcode about my details on the private practice register a few months ago. All this takes a lot of time and is extremely frustrating. I think the system is poor and much more could be done to make things run smoothly and more simply.

The customer service is ok

The customer service is ok, but the website interface is absolutely appalling. It appears to have been designed around 30 years ago on MSDOS 3.0
This website wastes a huge amount of my time and my PA's time. And we're expected to pay a subscription for this?
Healthcode is SHOCKINGLY BAD to use for PMI billing.

Isabelle was so nice and helpful!

Called up from my work as we were having several issues with getting invoices to go through with AXA PPP. Isabelle was really nice and helped me with all my issues, even going to extra lengths to find the details we needed and to help us update our designated user (which was out of date with an old employee name!). Hope her boss gives her a big commendation as when you look up Healthcode on Trust pilot there are just dozens of reviews that all say 'Helped by Isabelle'!

Great support from customer services, particularly Isabelle

I had to get in touch with Healthcode because of difficulties I was experiencing with regards to the integration with another system. Although this was clearly a complex issue to address, I spoke to several customer care professionals who were very helpful. In particular, Isabelle stood out in terms of her perseverance and determination in resolving the issue in a timely way. Isabelle went the extra mile and maintained contact until she was able to provide a solution, at all times being friendly, interested and extremely professional. Thank you so much!

Last week I had a help from Caitlyn…

Last week I had a help from Caitlyn Evans,
a skilful customer service agent with the Health Code as I tried to register with insurance companies. Their online system was extremely complicated and intricate. Caitlyn was fantastic and so patient with me by walking me through and navigate their system so I could submit all my documentations. During the process we encountered another technical error which was caused by their side and Caitlyn was so proactive and efficient in communicating proactively with her appropriate departments as she sorted the problem for me on the day she said she would. I was so grateful to have had her help as without her friendly demeanor and professional knowledge with genuine intention to help her customers I would have had rather few challenging days on my hand.

The most cumbersome portal

The most cumbersome portal at this day and age. I had login problems when I needed to use HC abroad. They have never attended my case timely, let alone solve it. They stop replying my emails that asking their support meanwhile charged me almost six months. So unfair that they trust that they have a contract with all insurers that force us to use their portal. I have been experiencing their indifference and disrespect for the last eight months or so. Who does check their efficacy seriously?
