I bought a bucket of sea salts for my parents on December 26, 2014. It's now January 12, 2015 and they never received it. I was supposed to have been sent a link for tracking, and that was never sent to me. The website says to check the status of your order, just log into your account. I've done that twice and there isn't even a way to see the status of the order. I called their customer service number and all it does is tell you the line is busy and to call back later. I doubt my parents will get their stuff and I would be surprised if I get my money refunded. This place is a scam so PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Someone needs to shut this site down and report them to the internet crime division of the FBI

Never got the order. Contacted the company and got email that said they would mail it in 2 days. 2 weeks later, they just gave me refund thru paypal. No email...nothing.

This is a wonderful product, and I need it YESTERDAY. Ordered it a month ago and have not received it yet!

As a matter of fact the one and only complain that I have is about the website that worried me a lot in the first log in. When I logged for the first time myou name wasn't right, so until I entered in the details of my order I was very bothered with the possibility of having my money sent directly to the trash, however in the end everything was right and I received the product in the correct time informed and also in perfect conditions. I recommend the site to all my friends and they have been having good experiences too.

I am very dissatisfied with the healt because until now not received the order n. 100925317 of 30.06.2014. I sent several emails to no avail. I will pass this to all my friends and seek another site for shopping.

Great products, fast shipping and very good prices. However sent with invoice full value, generating high tax me.

I have ordered from Health designs since 19/9/14. The delivery status from DHL says that products are at customs since 8/10/14. I sent them two e-mails but no one replied. I tried also to reach them via their contact form from their website but when I press sent it writes down error ''404''. My order was over 100$ and probably I have lost my Money. I will never order again from this website.

I made the purchase (Order # 100 973 659) on September 3, 2014 and today, October 28 not received. I paid more for faster shipping and did not receive the order. On the DHL site says out for delivery on 23 October and was not possible to make a delivery. How well it was not possible? I live in an apartment with a doorman and furthermore always have people in my home. She never stays empty because we have sick person here. On the DHL site still says being returned to the sender. Why? Never had a problem with you as well as also never had problems with Vitacost, so now I had my first problem. And this problem was to Healthdesigns. Overpaid to be fast and not get? It's absurd. I await an immediate response with a correct and speedy resolution of you. Thank you.
