I made a call to qld health but they…

I made a call to qld health but they closed at 3pm after lunch. They transfered me to an alternate line and health scout rang right then. Seems our info is being triggered after hours. Coming from qld heath sounds like a hacked in system

A joke of a service

This is some type of joke service. Somehow they got my number and cold called. I found out who called. Looked them up.

They claim to offer advice after you complete a survey. I could not resist testing out how how bad this was.

It was terrible. It told me to do something about bowel cancer checks even though I answered that I had just had a check, because I have had polyps. This is rubbish. There is nothing more for me to do. The other feedback was just about as inappropriate.

TAL should be ashamed as they appear to be associated.

Pushy af , annoying unwanted calls

Unwanted calls, arrogant sales reps, and very pushy approach. They call from multiplenumbers, never leave a message. Just don't let them manipulate you. They are there to make money for themselves, not to help you

Constantly calling! 😡

Constantly Calling my number, im not interested, so i block the number. 2 months later, they are calling me on a new number!!! And i am repeating the same process, i have blocked so many numbers of theres, only for them to call on another number.
This has been happening for just over a year.
Please.just.leave.me.alone. 😡😡😡😡
I would give minus stars if i could.

Extremely disappointed in the customer…

Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received, I received a call out of the blue and I explained that at the moment I was happy with my current provider and that I recently had an increase that my provider matched and is now charging me less. They kept pushing me on the phone and I politely said thank you however I am not looking to compare at this time to which the response was, “what, so you don’t want to save money” in a condescending tone.
I found the interaction to be completely unprofessional and quite rude.

Poor customer representative jason

I received a random call from health scouts at 12:12pm and I called back at 12:23pm as I had a missed call from them and Jason answered and said his colleague tried to call me on a recorded line about private health insurance and I said oh okay no Thankyou and he tried to cut me off while talking then sighed and said omg in a rude annoyed voice because I wasn’t interested in private health. Should work on people skills if they want to work in a call centre.

Unprofessional Telesales staff

I received a random call from Health Scout to my mobile, I politely requested to be removed from their data base and the Tele-Salesperson hung up on me. I was advised the call was recorded for training purposes, so Health Scout would be able to review and take corrective actions to ensure their staff that represent their brand are more professionally trained.
