I have had horrible experience with getting my medication without a lot of hassle to get it the last few months. Also my doctor has had to prescribe me medication locally because the medication from Hwh is late. I place a call every three months to order my meds. Then I call at a later date to see if it is on it’s way and it’s not. Then I have to make several calls to Hwh and my doctor to get it straightened out. Then hope it is.

As always Health Warehouse delivered my prescription right before I ran out. I have never had a problem as I always receive my prescriptions before I run out.

The lady that took my information and payment was kind and patient. However, the address was wrong and got returned to the post office.

You told me it was time to renew my meloxicam prescription so I did. You told me it was ready for shipment after you charged me for it.

Then you said some rule would keep you from sending it for several months, but you never offered to allow me to cancel the order and get refunded. Is this some kind of scam. You did this last time, and when you finally sent it, I was away on extended vacation and the prescription ended up being held in the post office for months until my return. YOUR RULE IS RIDICULOUSLY INCONVENTIENT FOR PEOPLE WHO TRAVEL A LOT FOR EXTENDED PERIODS.

This doesn't work for me. You're not even the cheaper alternative any more.

REFUND MY MONEY AND CANCEL THE ORDER!

Online prescription renewal is a great feature.

I've been a customer for at least 5 years and all refill prescriptions were easy to do online without a problem until the so-called "upgrade" which took at least 2 years to complete. I tried to refill the exact same prescriptions under the new website and all was going pretty good until one of the meds did not let me pick my doctor. The other two meds were fine but when I clicked on my doctor numerous times nothing happened. So I had to give all the prescription info to a customer service rep who had to place the order for me which is contrary to why businesses have a self service option...IF IT WORKS.

The representative who helped me was intuitive to exactly what I wanted to resolve. We focused on that and had my issue taken care of somewhat quickly - had to be on hold for a bit, but not too long. We were able to solve the issue and make sure it was resolved for future orders.

Quick and simple.

Sent the medication to the billing address rather than the shipping address. As a result, I had to pay for the shipping to the correct address. When I spoke to a representative, they had no explanation as to why this occurred, only something about a new system. I can only hope the situation is actually resolved and won't happen again in the future.
