Do not use, absolute rip off .

Ordered and paid on 23rd June (3 weeks ago), had no confirmation email, only order number on their website. Never received anything, tried chasing it after 2 weeks, no response. still trying to phone them, left messages on their answerphone, no response. Rip-off.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They are happy to take your money but fail to send your goods! Not too sure how they are getting away with this! Order was placed on 23rd June...still no sign of it! No email response, no phone service...nothing!

Ordered some items, paid my money and no good received. I have used this company for many years and always been happy. Not NOW! It's criminal that the website is still operating and taking peoples money! I got a refund thankfully from PayPal.

Wish I’d read reviews before placing my recent order. Placed a large order in February which was fulfilled and received a few days later so it was not unreasonable to expect that my small order a month ago would likewise follow. Sadly not - after multiple emails and attempts to get through by phone I got a refund via my bank.
I wish they would simply take down their site - or at the very least put a banner on it saying no longer trading. Such an awful way to behave 😞

I placed order on 5/16 (1100680316 ) with no response whatsoever since after, this is quite unusual considering they already charged the purchase against my credit bill. I tried to make international phone calls several times only to find out in disappointment and disbelieve that the line is no longer available!

I did not want to give any star. This company took my money and didn’t deliver the items. Rang them on a number of occasions with no answer. Had to claim back via my bank.

They need reporting to trading standards by the look of all the other reviews.

I've used this company for many years with exceptional service, delivery and value for money so deeply saddened to read these reviews. My recent order has been refunded with no communication which is unusual for them so I can only conclude that the serious technical security issues Ash spoke to me about last Spring have continued to dog his business. So sad, as I've used Healthy Peach for over a decade with only good outcomes.

This company did not send my items and cannot be contacted. Be careful dealing with them.

I didn’t read reviews as used them for ages. Ordered 3 hair dyes and 2 have leaked in the box. Old email address no longer works. Will have to go back to Tints of Nature company.

NOT TRADING BUT WEBSITE STILL ACTIVE ACCEPTING ORDERS

Whatever has happened if they can take the phone off the hook surely they can get a voice message to say what’s gone on or close down website or put a message on to say - they take your money still send an order processing and then nothing else happens order doesn’t move nobody replies and phone is off the hook can trading standards shut the site down ?

Took the order but never delivered and did not respond to any contacts. AVOID

My order seems to have reached Evri who failed to deliver it, despite claiming it had been delivered. No response from Healthy Peach. Same experience as others, no email response and phone engaged. I have used them for years without a problem. I asked my bank for charge back and they did it. I think Healthy Peach must have gone bust.

I too have had exactly the same problem as many other people. I ordered in October, received nothing, the Evri tracking number they sent me doesn't work, I try to phone Healthy Peach but the number is engaged, I email but no response. I paid my debit card so I'm not sure if I can get my money back through my bank but I am trying.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I would have scored them 0 if this was an option.

Avoid this company, experience seems to be the same as everyone else’s. No products received, no response to emails & phone number engaged 😡😡😡

I actually wanted to give zero stars. I ordered from this company for the first time on the 13th of October. Suffice to say, I have now requested a chargeback from my credit card provider. The items have not arrived, emails are not responded to and the phone number is constantly engaged, exactly as others have reported. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering and will not make that mistake again. There are older positive reviews, so something has changed to make this company one I would say must be avoided. If they are going through a difficult patch, they should at least not be accepting payments, and put a message on the website instead of ruining their reputation.

Do not use this company! They took my order and money on 29 August 23 but on 15 September I was informed that the product was out of stock and I would receive a refund in 2-3 days. I have sent several emails to them and tried calling their phone number which is constantly engaged but have had nothing back from them. Very frustrating and appalling service and I won’t be using them again.

Currently waiting to hear from HP via my PayPal dispute. As with most reviews here, items have not arrived, cannot get through via phone and emails have not been responded to. Very disappointed.
I doubt the reviews sent to HP from Trust Pilot are read either but thank you anyway for trying TP 🙏
