I called this plumber for a quote and was disappointed to be charged a £108 call-out fee that was never disclosed upfront. No work was performed; the plumber simply confirmed the exact issue I had already accurately described over the phone - a process that could have easily been handled via photos had they been requested.
Pricing transparency is essential, and charging this amount for a simple estimate without any prior notification is poor practice. Following this experience and because of these hidden fees and the lack of communication, I cannot recommend their services and will be looking elsewhere in future.

We have had an excellent experience with the team at Heathlands from their efficient and knowledgeable customer service to the dedication and experience of the engineer that came out. They all did exactly what they said they would do. We will certainly be recommending them to others and will be using them again in the near future.

If I could give higher than 5 I would . My heating failed and although the boiler was under guarantee Worcester Bosch could not come out until Friday . A friend gave me Heathlands name . An engineer came out , diagnosed the fault and the office gave me a quote and the engineer was out by the afternoon so sorted out in the day .
