I had an issue with my newly installed ASHP. Moved in and no heating or hot water. Lewis and Simon were able to assist and a technician was made available within 24 hours to assist in diagnosing the problem with the supplier of the ASHP. Great effort and minimal fuss. Highly recommend these guys.

The engineer came right on time , very efficient service , very personable and even put up with happy dog , highly recommend this service

Excellent plumber came and fixed our radiator problem very polite and explained if we wanted to turn the radiator off again to just put it on ❄️ so as not to turn it off completely .

We received a phone call to ask if it was ok for the engineer to arrive early as he was running ahead of time. I'll say it was! So many other companies had let us down so this was music to our ears.

The person who serviced our boiler was exemplary.He answered all my questions with authority and conviction.His customer care and courtesy were outstanding and I believe his professional competence and capability were equally impressive given that after his visit our heating and hot water seem to be operating on an even higher level of efficiency.

Excellent service from the initial call to book in for a service to the works being carried on the date and time ageed. The engineers was friendly polite and works carried out professionally and efficiently.

prompt, professional and polite - came to fix our water heater within 24 hours. And John tidied up under our sink and put our dishwasher back ( which we had pulled out) without being asked.
