Neat and tidy installation. Arrived and completed when originally advised. Invoice value as agreed price. Professional service. Came back to alter some making good when asked.

From the first time I met heatworks to the installation of the boiler it's been a perfect experience. If anyone I know needs a new boiler they will always be my first choice on service and price.

From the initial phone call through to installation of our new boiler we were impressed with the speed of service, the helpfulness and guidance on quoting and the efficient replacement of our boiler. We would highly recommend this competitively priced company.

We have recently had a complete new heating system in our new to us Bungalow. We were unprepared for having to have this done but started looking through all the options available. The company we chose was Heatworks plumbing and heating and it was a bit of a gamble whether the choice was right. As it turned out they proved to be an excellent choice, the quality of their work was superb and the two fitters who done the work were fast and cleaned up any mess they made as they worked. I can only say that I would totally recommend this company to anyone who found themselves in our position.

The Heatworks Team who came and replaced my boiler was brilliant, as well as being friendly, professional and very very efficient. When I phone on Monday to request a quote they booked me very quickly. New boiler Worcester has been install and I cannot thank Dean and Heatworks team for such a wonderful service and very good pricing. I will certainly be recommending this Company to all my family and frends.

were very professional and polite. Lovely lads (Steve and Pete, I think!) They have done an amazing job in such a short time. They listen to what we wanted and were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend Heatworks. Thank you 😁

Excellent service. I had a new boiler installed in my Mother's home. Not only was it a replacement for the old one that chose to pack it in on the cusp of winter, but a completely modern upgrade. The engineers, Paul & Rich, were both efficient, friendly, absolutely thorough and professional. The installation took around 7 hours which was a pleasant surprise, but no matter how much longer it might have possibly taken quality workmanship is guaranteed with Heatworks.

As always excellent service from all concerned. Engineer arrived promptly, friendly & professional. Boiler serviced including identifying & completing minor repair. I will continue to use this company as high standard of service definitely the norm. Many thanks

Heatworks supplied and fitted a new boiler earlier this year and we found then extremely quick efficient and tidy, recently we had cause to contact them with a problem which they resolved very promptly and efficiently.
We have been very impressed with their service and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Got an appointment within days, engineer arrived 10 minutes late, but it was 8 am - traffic can be unpredictable. Finished the job in 50 min! Very quick professional and friendly, would recommend to anyone.

Once again another excellent job - highly recommended.
