Easy ordering process and prompt delivery. Plants were well packaged, arrived safely and in excellent condition with plenty of fibrous roots. Sudden frost and frozen ground meant I had to wait four days before planting but there was plenty of helpful info on the website about storing bare root plants. Now I've planted my hedge I'm very pleased. Would definitely recommend and will buy from Hedge Nursery Ltd again.😁.

Ordered quite a few bare root hedges. The guidance on the website was very useful. The plants arrived very well packaged and we're in excellent condition. Very fairly priced and was exactly as described.

Plants arrived quickly. Not the best two year plants I’ve ever brought though barely “whips” I’d hope that’s because of the hot dry growing season. Also substituted Hazel with field maple which is fine as this is for gapping up but all same advertise a mix supply it.

Hedge Nursery had a very easy to use website and not knowing much about the hedging I bought, the amount of information was excellent and gave me confidence that these were the hedges for me. I also thought that the pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies.
The delivery was quick and fuss free and my hedges are now planted and waiting to help pollinators in the spring.

I ordered some Hornbeam hedging which was shipped very promptly. Unfortunately Parcel Farce delivered to the wrong "hub" only 12 miles from me and it's been sitting there since! I contacted Hedge and an immediate response from Jackie resulted in them shipping me a replacement order received the following morning. A great company to deal with and highly recommended, shame about Parcel Force who don't seem to care about there customers.

I was very pleased with the quality of my small yews. Nice strong looking bushy plants with good root systems. No problems with delivery except that the delivery person blocked my front door with the large, fairly heavy box! Not the fault of Hedge Nursery though.

Great advice received over the phone to confirm exactly what I needed and how to look after the bare roots when they reached me. The delivery was super quick with them arriving the day after the order and in excellent condition. Will have to wait to see how well they grow but cant fault the service provided so far.

The aftercare and level of customer service these guys provide is outstanding. Hedge nursery really care about their customers. I cannot speak more highly! The value and quality of the products they provide are excellent and if there are any problems, they are at hand to offer help and support to resolve at pace. I bought a hedge from them last year but it got stuck in transit so didn't do well. This year they sent replacements for everything that had done badly and they sent them a year older as they have lost a year's growth
