Smooth from start to finish
After experiencing an issue with another supplier, I came across Hedge Nursery online. Encouraged by their good reviews, I decided to order with them. From start to finish they have been fantastic. Jacqui was friendly and extremely helpful, taking photographs of the items they had in stock and tailoring the quote to suit the various sizes (all without me having to ask). She kept me updated about the delivery, which was prompt and exactly when she advised it would be, putting the delivery on a pre-noon one to help with our scheduling. The actual plants turned up healthy and have been planted for around 6 weeks now. We have had no issues and so far all plants are thriving.
When requesting an invoice, Jacqui replied to me straight away with all requested information.
A great company and a brilliant example of how to run a customer-facing business. Thank you!
