Very fast and uncomplicated process
Very quick response time with direct and uncomplicated handling over their app. I had my luggage delayed for a couple of days and just had to submit some screenshots - some minutes later I had the compensation on my account. Hurray to the easy process without much bureaucracy!

Recommend. Being a foreigner with little Danish then this is very good especially both Customer service and app.
The contact to the company is quick via app and fast case response. The insurance has info both English and Danish.
