so I ordered the black harper cleated sole heeled boots after reading the reviews on here, so I was a tiny bit sceptical. I ordered them late on a saturday night with free delivery (2-3 days) so I expected them to be a bit late but they arrived on time! I'm OBSESSED with my new shoes, although there were a couple of marks on them but they quickly rubbed off with a damp cloth. Such great value and you get 10% off your first purchase when you register which helped so much. Great communication and will definitely buy again!

I ordered a pair of suede Imogen high heel boots and I recieved them within 6 days, I live in the United Kingdom so I didnt think they would come for at least 10 days but the service was great and I am very happy with my shoes! Can't wait to wear them now! Would recommend this site to anyone and very cheap👌

Its a nice boot. but the zip got stuck and it took me 20 mind to take it off. So be careful

Boots ordered were way too slim in the leg so too small. I've never had to buy 'wide fitting'boots from anywhere. It cost me £10 to return the boots! I did get a refund of the money paid for the boots but was then £10 with the return cost. Will not be using again and will only use sites with free returns in future!

Even thought hey had ran out of the colour shoe that I wanted, the she's I ordered were beautiful and delivered quickly. All the other girls in the office are now going to order a pair!! (Copy cats)

Never actually got order, it was cancelled because boots I ordered were damaged. Don't know why I'm been asked to do a review when I never really dealt with you!

I'm very pleased with my boots which fit well and were delivered very promptly.

Good efficient service but when I signed up for news letter I was supposed to get 10% of on the first order but the code provided never worked which was disappointing.

I've ordered 15 days ago now and my boots still haven't arrived. I have also emailed around 4 or 5 times and I got 1 reply asking "have I received my boots yet" which I said "no" back to and I haven't heard back from you's since. I know I am being a annoying customer, but I think its a disgrace that you don't reply back to customers! I know that it says it can take longer for deliverys over Christmas buts thats not stated clearly on your website, I had to go looking for that!
I wouldn't of minded having to wait a longer for my boots to be delievered if this was told to me when I emailed the first time.
After I recieve my boots, (if I ever receive them) I will not be ordering from this website again!

I was really happy with the level of service provided. I forgot to add my free clutch bag to the order and when I emailed Heelberry they simply replied saying that they would add them to my order for me. There was a little scuff mark on the shoes when they arrived but it wiped off and im really pleased with them.

I am a self confessed shoeaholic and these are what ive been looking for for ages.

The delivery is fast but I had to pay for postage to return the item back as I didn't like the boots. The return postage worked out to be quite expensive. I won't be ordering again, prefer to order from retailers that provide free return.

loved the shoes and the fast service , website is also good and theres plenty of amazing shoes to choose from. The only bad thing I would say is the box. I paid over £30 for a pair of shoes for a xmas gift for my sister - and the box is horrible. It makes the shoes look like a cheap pair you could pick up from some crap shop on the highsteet when actual fact there not. I'll probebly go and buy a nicer box to put them in!
I would get own brand boxes the way ASOS and NEW LOOK do.

great selection of boots and speedy delivery, pity I have to send the boots I chose back (nothing wrong with boots) just my legs too fat. I do want to buy another pair from Heelberry that I think will be more suitable.
