The shoes arrived quickly but unfortunately they arrived with scratches on the heel of one of the shoes and I don't have the time to return and go through the procedure of your return policy . Very disappointed as they were a present for my daughter and should have been checked before sending

Boots nice and swiftly delivered......but
Love the boots, and they are a nice fit and arrived fast...there is a bit of a 'but' though. I don't know how they got my email address, and the email that sucked me in to buy from Heelberry promised a 20% discout that simply didn't exist - the code didn't work. When you got to the website there was another code that gave you a 10% discount. I suppose their snare worked as I still bought their shoes but I felt it wasn't entirely honest. I also emailed them to ask about the code that didn't work and never recieved a reply.
