My items arrived earlier than expected, packaged in a way that optimized protection for my plant. The rose itself arrived looking bright and healthy, and the planting material was packaged securely, with instructions clearly placed on the side of the packing.

I had requested notification of restock of several roses that were out of stock and never received those. The roses were in stock next time I went online, I added them to my cart, then they immediately sold out again, so that’s a little disappointing. Not sure why I never got an alert that they were back in stock. :(

Haven’t planted them yet but I’m encouraged by all the good reviews so I’m looking forward to that.
