I bought one trax align 300x dfc and they sent me defective one and I did not pay attention until today that I found flybar system to set it up
The custome service knew what is going on of this item but they sent it on purpose to me
Please dont trust these people otherwise you are losing money that I lost

I ordered a third Helicopter from HD
I ordered a third Helicopter from HD, a miniature aircraft fury 57. There was a manufacturers defect in the head.
I called Min. Aircraft and HD, took a few pictures and submitted them, and had a new part at my house in four days, they were pleasant to deal with and didn't do anything but be helpful.
Sometimes things happen and everyone in the distribution chain helped out.
But I didnt call there and act like it was the end of the world,I acted like a gentleman and got treated like one, its pretty simple. David Le as always is the goto guy that fixes problems, HD is just a solid place

Deceptive business practices
I purchased a Helicopter from their site and it is a complete piece of trash. I also purchased three(Pulse) lipo batteries from their site and each one has such a high resistance they appear to have sold me used batteries. They asked me to review my helicopter which I did but they never posted the review. Do not purchase anything from these people. It's obvious they do not run an honest business.

This company sent me an item with USPS that hasn't moved from Indianapolis for over two weeks. They won't give me an estimated arrival date, won't reship me another item and won't refund me the money. They want me to just wait if a miracle happens while they have my money. Incredible how you still find companies like this in this day and age.

Highly recommended RC dealer!
I have ordered two helicopters from this company and both have arrived in time and in great condition! I have also purchased a lot of spare parts from HeliDirect and those, too, have arrived at my home in time and perfect condition! Prices on many of their RC's may be slightly higher than some other dealers like Xheli, but their spectacular customer service and great reputation makes up for it. I highly recommend this company to all hobbyists and RC enthusiasts!

They will ship your orders on the same day. Shippings has also usually arrived over seas in 4 days. This is totally stunning! The number one RC-heli parts selling company in my list for sure! Keep the good service up, thank you.
