Have ordered several drones / parts from Helipal without a single complaint ! They are timely in their shipping and respond quickly to any queries I've had regarding products.
Am distressed they no longer appear active on the
internet !

I place two orders where my second order came I sent email to helipal to receive an email telling me to wait till the next month. Don’t order from this company they will not own up to anything that may be their fault. Bad business in my opinion.

I placed an order for a camera with a 6 day delivery and was told that due to the virus I would have to pay £16 extra to get the delivery otherwise wait another 40 days. I have told them to cancel and refund me, guess what? I have not heard from them since.
Nothing but a load of thieving crooks. Stay away.
Time to involve PayPal
Update, having involved PayPal I get a snotty email informing me that I am blacklisted along with their suppliers ??? So, some good has come out of this fiasco. Lets see how long I have to wait for my funds.

After involving PayPal and Helipal "blacklisting" me they responded after 5 attempts at contacting them by delighting in telling me they will not co-operate with PayPal.
Take my advice and stay away from these people.

Do not do business with this company. They accept your payment then do not ship your items. This company is untrustworthy. They do not answer emails and their website is not updated to reflect their stock. DONT TRUST THEM!

i ordered 10 servos after i pay everything ok i found my shipment no moving wait another 5 days says sorry item sold out what funny website after that will never order

They take your money for stock they don’t have then wait five days to tell you. Finally received the item to find it’s faulty.

Other than the terrible customer service and shoddy workmanship of their products, helipal reps (namely jackey lee) couldn't give a flying flip about you. I've been in need of a main deck for my srd260 for quite some time and after several requests to helipal I receive a response that the part is no longer available. It and the srd260 have been discontinued. But they are still selling the remaining units they have. Wouldnt it be so easy to disassemble a particular unit to keep a loyal customer happy? Nooooo. Can't do that.

I spent over £700 with Helipal, they claim they test every drone before they ship which is definitely a false claim. I receive my "ready to fly" SRD 280 racing drone, and they've used wrong sized screws as they protrude too far where the battery sits so I cannot fit a battery in without a tremendous amount of force and damaging the battery. I left a 3 out of 5 star product review and they deleted it the next day. So their product reviews cannot be trusted nor can their "tested" products. I would strongly suggest you try to buy elsewhere.

My drone came with a standoff screw not attached and is defective, won't fly. Helipal is no help. Appears they just slapped it together without setting it up and testing it and sent it out. Supposed to be bind-and-fly when it arrived. Tried resetting cleanflight without any success. They won't discuss a return and have stopped helping me altogether.

amazing drone..i just bought anakin,SRD 370 and SRD 280.All of them are great
