SCAM!!!! Avoid at all costs. When tried to apply credit card, was told it is not working and charged me additionally 70£. My card provider confirmed the card is working

Terrible service. We rented a car for six months. Got it regularly serviced. Took good care of it. Returned it in excellent condition. We were never told of any issues at handover - just a thumbs up. Two weeks later, they withhold our deposit and charge us an extra $1000 for “scuffs” that weren’t covered by the wear and tear policy. They refused to explain to us how what is clearly minimal wear and tear is not covered by their own wear and tear policy. They are extremely aggressive and circumvented a bank block to withdraw their money from an empty account. Very disappointing.

They want to force you to buy extra insurance even if you already have full insurance.
I had to pey 225 eur for extra insurance.

We called their office Friday Afternoon, and being assisted by a Lovely Sweet Lady Sarah, who made everything simple,clear, and with reasonable rate she gave us, we gave it a "go". The next day, we picked up the car. A tidy car inside and out, Good for my husband's temporary car while car is being fixed. Thanks Sarah. Definitely will recommend your Company!

Hello Cars came across as a very efficient and economical option when I searched for long term car rentals for my company business. I immediately sent a query for a 6 months quote for a Toyota Camry which was listed on the site as "available soon". However, I was very turned off from the response I got on a call received from them, I was told that the car is not available and when I asked the gentlemen, about its likelihood of availability in Jan 2023, he curtly replied to me, saying it may be available in Feb or March or April. The guy sounded so disinterested in doing business, it almost felt like he didnt like my voice and was just coming up with an excuse to not serve us. He was very disinterested to offer any possible alternates for long term rentals and suggested I should try with AVIS or Thrifty ( I know these options exist, but I am looking for better pricing for a long term requirement).
Who does business like this? If you dont have something to offer why put it up as on option on your website and if you sound disinterested to offer alternates, I really wonder how you guys get customers to use your services.

Matt managed the communication via email and arranged the return process very clearly and on the day of return Drew managed the process and it was super easy. The car was great the process is easy and the people are super friendly. Highly recommended
