Friendly, clear and concise
I entered my details into the website and was called immediately. Toby was very friendly and explained about the services they provide and what could be offered to me. He had fantastic customer service, and I wish more people I spoke to on the phone were like him :) It was all very straightforward and easy to understand, and it’s a bonus that there is no obligation to buy after you have your free appointment. I’m looking forward to the appointment on Friday and hopefully some lovely new windows.
