Pretty good site with overall great options.

It was that time (2011) my wife and I decided to take the private Health insurance and taking into account the number of products and the features, confusion is all we had. Then we came across "Help Me Choose" and the consultant (Maleena De Silva) took us through and we ultimately chose the product and till date we have not had any issues with the product. It so simple, clear and straight forward and the amount of knowledge Maleena had, I mean, "Hats off" to her. We still owe her a coffee (just kidding) though.... but just an excellent way to turn our confusion into a very gentle and simple solution, that's what HelpMeChoose is all about!!!

I found HelpMeChoose most helpful and easy to listen to and understand. Quan was my adviser & assisted with helpful information & had everything in place for me to change to NIB. Forms & membership no and card arrived promptly. Thank you for your efficiency and courteous manner in putting everything in place for me.

While investigating private health insurance, i signed up to Helpmechoose. They got straight on the phone, asked me my demographic details and suggested an appropriate fund for me and signed me up on the spot. While the staff were friendly, I later found out that two of the main selling points were incorrect. When trying to get them to cancel they could not help and I had to go through fund directly. Waste of time, money and energy. Do not recommend.

After discovering I was not fully covered by my existing health policy (things that didnt concern me when I was young and took it out). I felt an urgent change was needed and they walked me through the options. I felt like they could be trusted. I found Connie very helpful.

First time having private health insurance so I had a few questions to ask, the lady that I was on the phone to knew all about those questions straight up no time to think about them. My quote was quite cheap compared to other well known companies. Would Definately do it though here again, saves time wasting.

Seemed OK, just hope that my choice proves to be the right one as I had been with the other insurer for 50 years without any problems, but at 73 I was still paying for pregnancy!

I was pleased with your customer service representative knowledge of different aspects of hospital and extras cover. The quote was approx $200 cheaper than Medibank. The only hicup remains with the value of the premium which was advised in your "welcome letter". It differs by approx $70 from the original quote. Currently I am waiting for an explanation of it.
