Better than your average scammers

Better than your average scammers, but once I saw reviews confirming something wasn't right I hung up. Didn't have my email address and was pushing hard for it which was a red flag also. Don't entertain these people and definitely don't give personal information or click on any links they email you if you did give your address.

This company do nothing but pester you…

This company do nothing but pester you time and time again, I felt with the once many years ago to do with PPI claim and not they call me every month about claiming for finance that Iv never had and diesel claims.
Iv asked them a number of time to stop calling and they just keep calling about the same thing.
When you look at the percentage of what they take per claim you only get 40% of the money you are owned and they take 60%!!!

I would strongly advise any to stay away from this company

Classic scammer behaviour, do not provide any details to this company,

My parent's received a call today from this "company". They initially spoke to my father, who is a tad gullible and took them at their word that they had previously dealt with his PPI claim. They wanted my mothers NI number, it was at this moment my mother stepped in told my father to hang up.

They called back and I answered this time after having performed some research on the company, this time however i was told the company name was actually "Help your Tax", not "Help your Claim". I had already looked up Help your Claim online and found very little legitimate information other than an article about how they had been fine £350,000 for some misdemeanor. They do not have a website, this is a huge red flag.

I advised them we were not interested and to remove the number from their system. They were adamant about convincing me they were legitimate, they even provided some details of the previous claim they had "helped" with, I checked with my mother who advised the numbers and dates provided didn't match up. (Additionally, these kinds of business shouldn't be providing this kind of information over the phone to someone who wasn't even involved which I wasn't.)

This is classic scammer behaviour. Never be fooled by some cold caller who has a few vague details about you. It is dreadfully easy for these people to scrape information about your from the internet, chances are a company that you have dealt with in the past has experienced a data breach and this information is hovering about.

Another red flag, it is highly irregular for a legitimate company to call from a mobile number.

Do not click on any links they send you, do not provide any information over the phone. This should be the same attitude you take with any unprompted phone call you receive, even if it's from your bank. (Legitimate companies avoid this type of behaviour because they know it raises suspicion.)

After waiting for my claim to go…

After waiting for my claim to go through I then called them to chase my payment, then told me that the payment had an error so was not paid into my bank. Not once did they let me know of this until I had called them to chase. Then finally sent me a cheque which did clear within 2 days. Very Poor service.

Persistent calls after sending Bailiffs

Persistent calls after sending threatening posts and bailiffs around to an address that I have not lived in 7-8 years. F-ing nightmare!

Do not use these guys even if they say to you that they have recently changed management.

Ringing daily on a mobile number

Ringing daily on a mobile number - answered today to them and they mentioned abour ppi claim for tax paid. All going ok until they asked for national insurance number and a live signature. Told them i would have to look for my NI (she said she would wait on the phone but asked me to sign in the meantime) - as i wasn;t going to give it there and then. It was the fact she wanted me to give the info there and then and was very persistent that got me. Also a long text with a link to claim the refund. Persistent daily calls sometimes 2 - 3 times a day. They may be legit but not doing themselves any favours.

These people are liars

These people are liars
. They have HOUNDED me, promised to cancel all contact several times on line and on the phone (total contacts could be anything up to a hundred)
Dominika Tomczuk Customer Services (That's a joke) promised me a week ago to do just that
Got another email yesterday
I am not a nasty person but I sincerely hope that after the Payment Protection deadline in August that they are all jobless and go to hell.
Luv and kisses C

So unprofessional and rude advisors

I have dealt with this company for a ppi claim, however when you call to try and get help the attitude of the advisors is so poor the music is blaring and you would think it’s a effort to actually do their job.
It’s appauling for help and customer service the interupt, don’t listen, no verbal signposting, blind transfer, and talk over you constantly. , I’m all for having a good working atmosphere but when I can’t hear them for music and noise or you can hear conversations that you shouldn’t when calling a company it has put me off using them again.

Absolutely shocking cold call at 15.08…

Absolutely shocking cold call at 15.08 on the 22/05/2018 from Aaron.

I asked politely for my name to be removed twice!

He then became aggressive and over talked me saying -

'HOW ABOUT YOU BE QUIET AND LET ME TELL YOU HOW I CAN SAVE YOU MONEY'

Very threatening, needless to say I hung up!
