Their website endomondo.com has a fraudulent shop section where they link blurry pictures of common products (like a 5lbs jug of whey protein) for half the price you'd expect, only to link to the original mfr's site to purchase. They likely do this to fraudulently drive traffic to their site for ad revenue. The page also includes clearly fake customer reviews.

Great app if you enjoy improperly tracked workouts, downed servers, bad UX and generally laggy apps.

Problems with the app, the website, etc. for months now. Endomondos Premium support promised me a refund of my latest invoice, but suddenly they answer with "After looking into the transaction, it appears that the charge is from December and outside of our refund period. "

I have had 3 months with major issues since December and the won't refund anything!

I signed in march 2018 l logged on a few times I couldn't use the app in April 2018 I got debited for the yearly subscription even I do use the app, just about ten times I just got a debit for another renewal of another year.I need a refund I am not interested in the app and do not use it

After complaining several times about malfunctioning app, never received an answer, app continued to work worthless. I asked to end the subscription at the end of the premium abbo period. Half a year to go. This time their answer came very quickly by blocking me from accessing Endomondo. Never experienced anything like this in my long life. Currently I use a free app where 1 km. Is 1000 meters and is not 880 meters. I have paid for an app and they have removed. I want the money back.

Their new terms are not acceptable and they have yet to respond to me about a refund for my subscription. I have paid for an app and they have removed my ability to use the app unless I agree to ridiculous terms that allow them to take my data anywhere and do anything they wish with it.

it would be nicer if it would not track your details I would like to enter my tracks myself.

In July 2014, you were asked to submit a new training feature for Trail Running. It is obviosly that you dont listen to the people that uses you app because nothing has happend 16 months later, so.....
What does it take to make you react on our request and comments?
You are not being very customerfrienly with that attitude.

Endomondo has a great website with a really nice fitness tracker. I like the service, the business model is fair and in using the service for more than 2 years I have had very little complaints. The only (slight) annoyance is that at times the GPS tracking of the route is a bit off giving you insanely fast speeds so you may need to correct some workouts manually afterwards.
