Excellent service! I placed an order on Saturday afternoon, and by 12 PM on Monday, it was already at the pickup point in Copenhagen. Throughout this time, I received several detailed emails keeping me informed about the status and movement of my order.

The selection is fantastic, and I will definitely shop here again. Highly recommend!

I wanted to order fish oil for kids and it said under the product name "Expected in stock by XXX date" and it was only 3 days ahead so I ordered it. Then that expected date kept getting pushed further and further. It is still not in stock. I canceled the order. I would not recommend making a purchase based on the "expected" date to be in stock.

Excellent and speedy service! I placed my order on Friday, and by Sunday morning, my package had arrived. I'm very satisfied with how quickly everything was delivered, not to mention the great prices on the products. This will definitely be my go-to website from now on.

I received ghe product that I order.. the seal had a hole in it and powder was leaked.. still no response but them after emailing them regarding a new product..

Scam website!! My card was charged fraudulent unauthorised transactions by this dodgy company, not once but three times. The second time happening even after having cancelled and disputed the transactions. I'm not even in Europe so would have no need to order from them. Spoke to Customer Service in my banks fraud department who said tracking cookies from their website were used to track my Google Pay account on my phone leading to unauthorised transactions spontaneously happening. Beware guys... These scumbags are dodgy as fk 🙏🏾

I had a problem with a halsmikstur sirup. The bottle was broken inside a plastic wrap with bubbles, and even if I couldn’t provide all the pictures they requested me as I have already thrown the package… they sent me another package..

Everything was good, but l did not know how much difference between swedish krona and danska and paid instead 800 kr 1500 because site show only danska krona. But anyway all perfect and whole. And tack så mycket för era jobb!
