The customer service is horrible here

The customer service is horrible here. I placed a large order of multiple items with helsebixen and the priciest item said to arrive to their warehouse on the day of my purchace, why I thought it's ok if I wait a day extra for dispatch. But then a few days later I receive an email saying that now this item is to arrive to their warehouse only in 2 weeks time and I can choose either delete the item from my order or wait the two weeks. Now the two weeks have almost past and I receive another mail stating this item is further delayed by another week. Again, no compensation, clarification or anything, just further delay, and the only thing they offer is that I delete the item from my order or keep waiting further and without assurances that this time the promised date is real. This is incredibly shabby and untrustworthy, because the item's arrival to their warehouse has been delayed three times now, suggesting they are not in control of their own promises, and has been providing misleading information from the get go. I could have bought this and other items on another website instead. Feel completely cheated and ignored.

At Helsebixen, we operate with a backorder system, which is also stated on our website. We always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and we receive deliveries from our suppliers on all business days. Since we keep most of our 10,000+ products in stock ourselves, we are typically able to dispatch within 1–3 working days.

However, in some cases – as with your order – there may be delays due to backordered items, which depend on our suppliers’ delivery times. When this happens, we do our best to inform our customers via email, so you can decide whether to wait or remove the item from your order.

If you have a profile on our website, you can always check your order status and any updates directly from your account.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this delay has caused.
