Quick action taken on delivery
Quick action taken on delayed delivery, the reason the package wasn't delivered I requested for the parcel to be shipped to a parcel shop, and as requested I wrote my name and address, whomever printed the address printed the parcel shop as the customer receiving the parcel, hence it was sent back to the courier depot.
Details are important to avoid delays in shipping.

Zero reliability
I ordered a product and got 3 mails that informed me the product was out of stock, pushing the delivery day 2 days later + 2 days + 20 (!) days. Eventually I cancelled the order. Zero reliability.

Too slow shipping
I have been waiting for my package 5 days now. Extremely slow while I thought I would have received it by now. They were faster at shipping before.

Great selection of supplements, specifically I'm interested in a few ones that are hard to find in supermarkets. Love the option to get free delivery regardless of purchase amount.
