The ladder i ordered was damaged.
The ladder i ordered was damaged and i rang the henchman number and was asked to take a photo of the damaged area and send to henchman on an email.
Unfortunately i couldn't download it on my computer.
I was told not to worry to expect another delivery of a ladder and damaged one would be picked up. They did as they said, it was picked and replacement ladder was fine. .

The ladder is great
The ladder is great, it’s very sturdy without being overly heavy. I can lift it alone and I’m a 45kg 60+ woman. It feels very safe when you are up - very pleased with my purchase

Swift service
When I enquired about a spare part which was said to be out of stock, I had a quick reply saying they had stock and would update the website. I ordered later that day & delivery was in 2 days - excellent service.

Excellent ladder
Excellent ladder! We bought an 8ft tripod ladder with all three feet adjustable. The catches are strong and easy to use. Feels safe. The ladder comes with rubber covering feet for flat surfaces and claw feet for rough surfaces. The marking on it for having it upright is great for safety as is the safety chain that needs to be taut. Everything has been well thought out. Love the top so you can lean forward and feel really safe. Absolutely delighted - the delivery was immensely fast- well packaged and we also go the ladder wall hooks for storage - all really well thought out. 5*****

It was so nice to ring a company and speak to a very helpful human being called Perry.
I bought the 8ft ladder, I am a 5ft female and I feel so safe standing on it. It is excellent and not too heavy.

A great product
A great product, a helpful website which made it easier to choose the right ladder for me and speedy delivery. I expected delivery Wed-Fri and it arrived Wednesday. Because it was so quick we had a few problems. The ladder arrived in the only 20 minutes that neither of us were in and the instructions left on the order form and with the courier weren't followed. It was propped up next to the front door rather than tucked around the back in the garden. Luckily I was home within 10 minutes. I love the ladder. It makes many more jobs possible.

A great ladder for the older gardener
Amanda was really helpful with arranging delivery. The ladder was delivered on time and in good condition. As a 75 year old, I find the ladder really useful - stable, safe, adjustable, light enough to move about. A minor quibble is that the first step is quite high when the ladder is at full height; OK when ascending, but easy to forget about when descending.

Money well spent
I have to say, I'm astonished by the stability of my tripod ladder. It certainly gives me confidence when working at height. Broad treads make it very comfortable to stand on too. It was out of stock when I first enquired, but not for long, and Henchman kept me well informed. Money well spent indeed.
