DX Delivery failed to deliver to correct address
DX Delivery failed to deliver to the correct address - they delivered next door instead. This was for me a high-value delivery. Fortunately I have an honest neighbour. I believe I was in at the time, so no excuse and also they did not leave a card in my letterbox, so looks like they made an error. Also DX give an all day delivery time rather than a 2 hour slot. Suggest you replace DX with DPD or DHL who are just better.

Excellent communication
Excellent communication, item delivered on time but left unattended and unsecured at the front of the property. Not a problem in our neighbourhood, and to be fair it was left in view of our doorbell camera, but would have been great to have them left behind the gate or something.

Happy as Larry with my Eiffel Tower
The ladder was delivered on time, and it is a brilliant piece of equipment to reach awkward corners of my overgrown hedges. Having its own tripod revolutionises where I can place the ladder safely. It is also remarkably lightweight for its size. I like the way it looks like a min Eiffel Tower as well!

Phoned the company for product advice and delivery options, they were very helpful enabling me to make an informed decision. The legs are easy to adjust for uneven ground. This is a very safe and comfortable ladder for pruning trees..

Ladder excellent, delivery less so
The 10 foot ladder I bought is superb, and I wish I had got one decades ago. It's also much lighter than I expected. Delivery not so good. First ladder was damaged, and I wasn't told. Second one was sent out to arrive when I was away. The window for delivery is very long, and there is no direct way to contact DX. But all's well that ends well, and I am looking forward to doing jobs much more safely than I have done for too long.
