I just had a course with Henry Davis and would definitely recommend it to new property developers. Henry is at the sweet spot as a mentor/lecturer as he benefits from a strong track record of success in the field, yet he is willing and motivated to share his experience with others! He will go the extra mile to share valuable documents/templates for free. I could not emphasize enough this is unusual in the property education space! The course is a real one, doesn't sugar coat anything but it will make you prepared for the journey (you will have to do the hard work yourself!). Some highlights from the course: how to leverage auctions to understand the current value of properties, how to identify highly attractive areas for HMOs and how to find below-market value properties.

I had completed the 'Property Refurbishment' course and decided to come back and complete the 'Key to Property Investment' course with Henry. Both courses complement each other really well. I now have a great understanding of how to choose my investment strategy and how to refurbish those properties. I highly recommend this course to those who are seeking high quality detailed information from someone who has plenty of experience in property development.

Super training course.

Having seen Henry present at a property event, I decided to follow-up by booking this session. I'm happy to say, that this training was an excellent investment. If you're into property, whether as developer, investor, or landlord, Henry's approach has something for everyone. All types of property refurbishments are covered as well as planning, putting a team together and how to get started. No question was too much trouble and I'm entirely pleased by the experience. Great job!

About to do a refurb on my BTL. Henry provided some really great information to follow including suppliers and maximise room potential with a bit of wow factor included. Also good info on commercial to residential. Still the afternoon session to complete, but highly recommend this course.

Henrys course was great! Extremely interesting with a lot of information which you can take away and apply to the housing market, especially with the resources Henry has kindly provided. The knowledge delivered was easy to understand with impressive examples.

Despite being a seasoned property person I’m about to do my first major refurbishment. I did the NRLA course presented by Henry Davis. It was really informative and exactly what I needed. It highlighted the need to know information and the pitfalls to avoid. Henry has an unrivalled wealth of knowledge delivered in a very easy to understand way with many of his own very impressive examples. There are lots of really valuable resources that he has shared which will save money and time too. Henry was also really entertaining and kept everyone engaged throughout the day. I highly recommend the course.

Henry has a wealth of knowledge and information that gives you confidence and knowledge to take your property investing to the next level. I was impressed with the practical side of the course and how to work with builders. Henry has an approachable and engaging style that makes the course fun and interactive. Even though I am an experienced investor with HMO properties, the course provided a deeper insight into negotiations, cost savings and how to navigate the property market.

This course will no doubt save you money on projects and plenty of trade secrets were revealed.

I would like to thank Henry Davis, Property Investor and Developer, very much indeed for the excellent course he ran with the NRLA recently. It was a one day on line workshop called “ The Key to Property Investment “. As a landlord with BTL properties in London, I found the content extremely useful - it was very comprehensive and detailed. Henry was very engaging and encouraged all the attendees to ask him all the questions they had and what I found separated him from many property educators is that the day after the course he emailed all the attendees to remind them that in addition to the course, he was providing everyone with further content at no extra cost, including a 100 page printable PDF work book and additional documentation such as sample reports, surveys and check lists and a link to his property Facebook group. He also offered a complimentary twenty minute call with him which you could discuss with him anything property related. I would thoroughly recommend this course because not only do you receive the content from the course but also all the additional material which you can keep and use.
