This is not first order I have had from Herbal Haven. I am never disappointed. Plants are healthy and beautifully packed and packaging is environmentally aware.

Excellent plants, very reasonably priced, securely packed and sent by a reputable courier. I wasn't sure what to expect as a previous plant order from another company and sent by a different courier had not gone well. However these were larger established plants which revived quickly after being unpacked and are now in pots in the garden. Thanks Herbal Haven you have restored my faith in online plant orders.

I always buy my Salvias from Herbal Haven. Super plants and so carefully packaged. Absolutely gorgeous, quality plants that thrive in my garden!

I ordered 8 herbs first week of May. Came at expected time. Very well packed. The herbs looks very heathy and adapted to balcony pots straight away. I'm very happy with this purchase. They have a large selection of herbs indeed and you can feel they put heart in growing them.

1st order with them and mixed review. They seem very good at keeping a customer informed - too informed actually as have had a couple of emails to tell me the order is on it's way when it's already arrived! Another plus point is that they don't use Evri, phew. But, 2 out of the 4 valerian plants I ordered are not recovering from their journey very well, 2 have managed to bounce back ok and I am happy they are a decent size. I guess being on a hot van, on a hot day for 8+hrs isn't going to do them any good. All the plants were as dry as a bone and wilting severely when they arrived and I planted and watered them immediately as already had the place for them prepared. Fingers crossed they all survive with some TLC.

Easy to navigate the website and found exactly what I wanted. I received the lemongrass plants today and was very impressed. They were well packaged, in great condition and was amazed at the actual size of them, for a 9cm pot I expected these to be quite small but they weren't and what a fantastic price.
