I have ordered some mugs and a t shirt . I'm super impressed by the free downloads and have the wallpaper on my phone.

Visited the store in Kesick. Lovely lady serving in the shop. I purchased ladies socks, a set of note pads and a pen for a birthday gift for a family member who has lots of things "Herdy". The items are beautifully made and reasonably priced.

I received an email this morning advertising a special mug for the Queen’s jubilee. When I read the email, the mug was sold out. Why advertise a product which is sold out?

I love Herdy products and have quite a few. Whenever we are in Keswick we always visit the shop and usually buy more than one item. I'd like to buy one of the new tea towels at £10, but the delivery charge of £4.95 is ridiculous for an item that could be sent by Royal Mail for half that amount. The standard delivery charge regularly puts me off buying online. I'll wait until December when we're next staying in Keswick.
What really annoys me is that I bought a mug from Herdy just about three weeks ago and paid £4.95 for delivery. I had an email from them today offering the tea towel, with a further £4.95 delivery. It seems that I'm paying more for delivery than the product.

I've always loved the Herdy design and since I won't be going on holiday this year, the holiday souvenir has had to come to me! Lovely Yan mug in pink, which is a fun design to go with my pink Peep Sheep coaster. I deliberately selected a 'second' and can barely make out the flaw. Prompt delivery by Royal Mail. Really happy customer.

Whenever we're in Keswick, we invariably visit the Herdy shop and more often than not, we come away with some lovely goodies, either for ourselves or as presents for family and friends. This month for the first time, I've used Herdy online for ordering several items I wanted and I've been delighted with the good service received. I had to phone up to check on the availability of a couple of things and the staff I dealt with, Richard, Ian and Jean, could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

My sister visits the shop every year she goes on holiday and always brings me a little herdy gift back , so this year with things been different I visited the on line shop I am not a on line shopping person. But found the site so easy to use I have brought the majority of my Christmas presents for the family and just order some more herdy goodies and cant wait to receive my herdy monopoly game .

I had a small problem with an item. I emailed Herdy and Richard wrote back to me. The response was done with humour and professionalism. Exactly how customer service should be done . We love Herdy and have lots of products. I’m typing this sipping from a Herdy mug and wearing Herdy socks. Great company to deal with.

Can’t recommend Herdy high enough. Excellent products and lovely staff in all the shops. Love the idea of putting something back into the local Herdwick sheep farming communities. Supported the company right from the start buying a key ring at the Westmorland Show and now have pretty much every Herdy product.

In the Lake District on holiday so had to make a beeline for the nearest Herdy shop! Visited Keswick store and spent a small fortune. Love the quality of the Herdy merchandise and the lady in the shop was delightful! Excellent ☺ 🐑

I love their products ! I have mugs, coasters, a purse and a lovely key ring with such a cute metal sheep dangling on the side. I'm having a tea at the moment using the so bright orange Herdy mug, a treat !
I bought many of those items online and I've been amazed at the quick delivery, considering I'm buying from France.
