Be careful as this Company has extortionate cancellation fees. I paid £115 for 12 months cover , cancelled after 3 weeks and they told me that I actually owed them £5 ! I’ve had my Campervan insured with them for 14 years so this shows how they treat loyal customers.

Easy to navigate website and in response to an enquiry I received a call the following day. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and seemingly efficient, he took details of the three cars and needed to speak to someone, who wasn't available at that time, so he said he'd call back. That was March 11th, on March 17th a call was received but I was out and no message was left. No further calls have been received from them nor any emails.
I have now arranged insurance elsewhere and whilst I fully accept that Heritage may not want to cover these vehicles I can find no excuse for the lack of communication.
