Absolutely terrible experience and would warn anyone not to use these people.
My mother used them 13 years ago with both a Will and LPA when we asked for them this it appears they have lost them due to someone retiring.
My mother is trying to put her affairs in order and is close to 90yrs old, she doesn’t need to be pushed from ex-employee to ex-employee trying to obtain her documents now they have stopped answering the phone to her.
They were quick to take £100’s off her but not very pro-active in helping sorting out there own mess.

Yet another mistake
Awaiting a response to the gross error (one of many!) that has made the power of attorney that we thought had gone through void.
No help or solution offered given the fact that a name being typed up wrong by someone at the office has made the forms useless.
