I recently purchased a bar cabinet from Hernest, and while the design of the piece is beautiful and fits perfectly in my space, I did experience some quality issues. There were visible imperfections in the wood and one area that was damaged, which was disappointing—especially considering the price of the item.

That said, I have to highlight how impressed I was with their customer service. From the moment I reached out, their team was responsive, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. They offered multiple solutions, including a partial refund, exchanges, and alternative options, and worked with me to find a resolution that felt fair.

Although the product itself did not arrive in perfect condition, the way Hernest handled the situation made a big difference. Their willingness to accommodate and ensure customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed.

Overall, while there is room for improvement in quality control, their customer service team is excellent and truly stands behind their customers.

It is always risky when selecting furniture online without the ability of seeing it in person. The size and functionality was exactly what we were looking for as well as the finish. We were thrilled when we received the coffee table so quickly and discovered the high quality of the materials used in its construction. All we had to do was attach the legs. The style and size compliments our new living room furniture. We are very pleased. Beware that it is a heavy piece of furniture but it will stand the test of time.

What made my experience exceptional, is honestly the customer service willing to help and assist in any way they can to ensure customer satisfaction! My order was damaged during delivery and Hernest customer service ensured that I was happy with the options the gave me to fix the issue. So much so that I am looking at buying a dining set, because I know for a fact now, if anything goes wrong Hernest will make it right :)

Easy ordering, fast delivery

It is exactly what I’ve expected.

Bought a beautiful floating vanity which is sturdy and made of quality materials. It was delivered without any issue, packaged nicely and as promised. A minor issue which was addressed right away and quickly resolved by the service department. I would definitely recommend Hernest for quality furniture.

Was concerned about quality, did not need to be. Very nicely made and it looks great. Exactly what I was looking for. On a side note, when the delivery initially showed up, I received refrigerator instead of my TV credenza. I had to decide which to keep. I opted for what I ordered and gave the refrigerator back. The driver was new and very apologetic. People make mistakes so it was funny and no big deal.

Dining chairs are exactly as pictured online and high quality. We love them!

My guests have complimented me on it. I am overall satisfied with my purchase. It’s truly a quality beautiful piece. The sliding door makes a bit of noise but was fixed with silicone lubricant. This Will be an heirloom for sure.

The vanity is well made with sturdy hinges. It's a beautiful piece, and very affordable. Far better quality than similarly priced vanities at the local big box home improvement store. Well packaged for a damage free delivery.

Beautiful furniture! Delivery service only had one person delivering two very heavy pieces of furniture that required two people.

I'm a new customer to this company. I love the furniture that I see online. I bought a 47" console table. It came packed really securely. My only problem was in the assembly. I had great difficulty in lining up the screw holes on one of the legs. I tried for hours, all different ways. I called customer service, however, when you need help on assembly, a quick response time is preferred. I eventually called in two strong guys and they were able to get it together. It's assembled, it fits perfectly in my room and it is beautiful. I would purchase from this company again.

The product exceeded my expectations. The delivery service was not cooperative in removing the packaging and moving the furniture into the home.

Poor instructions, WRONG size hardware/handle screws sent. You painstakingly hand-taped a whiteout strip on the size of screws sent. POOR quality control and no way to get the correct size sent to us. $1,000 item and wrong hardware…REALLY?

We love our piece of furniture. It’s super high-quality piece. Will use it and pass it on to our children one day. It’s a signature piece for sure.

Strong , sturdy & solid wood! The detailed designs are also beautifully crafted! Modern & eye catching. I received so many compliments on my consoles (84” Pascal media & 60 inch entryway),marble top end table & Lofoten floor lamp. Definitely statement pieces. Excellent customer service as well. The furniture is definitely made to last a very long time & you will not be disappointed!
