Charged fr washing! Ridiculous

Got a car last minute. Great car and great price. Drove Denver to Chicago to arrive n get charged $75 fr washing!!! Calling to complain today. It was just lots of dead bug splats as to be expected, nothing out of the ordinary. Very frustrating.

While the staff was good

While the staff was good, the vehicle we received was sub par. There were issues with it and we had to call assistance. Unfortunately we were not able to exchange our vehicle during the rental period and had to make due with slightly dangerous conditions.

Overall a positive experience

Overall a positive experience. Car presented was visibly soiled with bird droppings and no one thought to wash them off before we arrived. The attendants quickly rectified the problem after we requested.

Signed up for Rogue or equivalent, opted to pay extra for Ford Edge. Airport sent me to Pres. Circle where only available cars were vans or the Jeep Compass, basically same size as Rogue, which I had decided was too small. Should get a $10+ refund because I had specifically paid extra for a particular style and didn't get it. Buses a nightmare in Denver.
