Good team. Bad management.

Things this company did well:
1. A well-kept workshop that is well-organised and safe to work in.
2. Decent coworkers who help you learn and grow and can share a laugh or two with.
3. A decent hourly wage that follows industry standard.

Things this company did poorly:
1. Management does not trust its staff to work independently. They will watch you and check your work constantly.
2. Management will watch you consistently over security cameras.
3. Management will treat both warehouse and admin staff poorly by berating them if they feel their authority is challenged.
4. Management will talk about staff behind their back especially if a member were to take a sick day or day off.
5. Management and HR will misrepresent facts or lie to you.
6. When management is done with contracted/casual staff they will terminate employee without warning despite asking for a warning beforehand.
