We've taken great care to exclude 'nasties' such as parabens and sulphates. And so this means that every skin type and sensitivity is cared for. Customer Service
When I emailed to say the item hadn’t arrived a week after dispatch Customer Services ordered a second dispatch. Happily the first item arrived the next day and I was able to cancel the replacement so the problem was with Royal Mail.

The only moan I have is this time was the postage and packing fee. It was nearly the same price as the bath melt I bought. Even so I would still buy from this company.

New favourite company
First heard about heyland & whittle at a craft country fair where hubby bought the bath melts. He loves all of the smells, except rose - wonder why? . Bough a batch of them for his Christmas present and a diffuser fragrance which also smells devine. Would recommend and purchase again. Customer service excellent as I had a phone call saying there was a slight delay and items arrived within a week. Great products, great service, great prices.

Previously I’d have given 4-5 stars because the products are good. This is my 3rd or 4th order placed online, had email said shipped but two weeks later nothing, H&W did then send replacement, but never explained what happened to original order. I’m fine with 3-5 days delivery but 2 weeks plus isn’t good.
