Les services de base sont bien présents via le réseau Orange. Cependant, l'application mobile (sur Androïd en tout cas) laisse à désirer : je gère 5 numéros et il n'est n'est quasi jamais possible d... See more

Amazing experience

It was very easy to switch from my old provider to hey. I received the sim card the next day and the phone number activation was instantaneous.

I live in Ghent and I have 5G everywhere (speeds are also very fast). VoLTE and VoWiFi is also supported and works very well.

Migrating from Proximus to Hey

Migrating from Proximus to Hey was supersmooth. Just filled a form and one day later received my new SIM.
Honestly it has been a month now and all is great. The app is simple. No bad comments for now.

Fraudulent like mother company Orange

Total scam ! In 20 days i have appare tot not only used 240G but in less than 1 h today they sent ne 4 sms saying i had consumer my data of 240G then one saying I had 15€ out of subscription 10min later 30€ and then 50€!

No customer service available .
This company is part of orange mobile and they too frauded me by billing me 90 euro for 120 sms to Canada even though I don’t know anyone there .
Thieves incompetent and no customer service !
I have changed to Base !

Orange Low Cost

To be honest, it’s really nice to get the Orange 4G/5G for such a competitive price. If you can manage by yourself, never need any help from a customer service (that simply doesn’t exist at HeyTelecom) and if you don’t buy your phones on credit, this mobile operator will bring you satisfaction. I have my 2 numbers at them and it’s all good. I’m just scared to have to deal with their awful customer service one day in case of any problem…

Stay on the track.

When everything follows the tracks it's great. I got the sim quickly working Day +1 . Switch from provider to Hey network connection took less than an Hour.
We noted as well that the next day we are loosing all connection.... Then after a couple of hour it's back... Transfer issue?
The account creation at Hey needs to be improved...
Using it for several weeks no problems, everything is smooth.

Customer service nightmare & scamming people with unhonest reminders fees

Absolute worst customer service experience!
As I saw in other reviews, I can also confirm: you only realize their bad customer service once you stumble across an issue and need them.

1) I went on their website to activate automatic payments. I clicked to activate it, the page kept running and then went back to the original page where it said it was activated. So I would assume everything is done right?

2) A few weeks later I receive a text that I'm late with my payment. Me, thinking this would've been paid automatically, goes back to their website to see automatic bank transfers are in fact not activated. I go through the process (point 1) again to then notice when I refresh the page afterwards, that the settings change back. Mind you, I have screenrecorded this entire issue. In a later conversation I will offer them to check this screenrecording...

3) Nov 14th: I then obviously call customer service, via Orange, because the contact details of Hey are nowhere to be found (I wonder why). I explained the situation and they said on the phone they will activate the automatic payments right away. I asked if I need to do anything else. They said no. I asked if I still need to make manual payments. THEY SAID NO. I asked to drop the 10euro reminders fee as it was not my fault and they agreed. I also offered the screen recording as proof and to fix the issue but they didn't care. I thought I was finally done with these payment issues. Oh boy, how wrong was I?

4) Nov 15th: I receive a confirmation mail to say the automatic payments have been activated. No other details or explanation whatsoever. Cool I thought. When I logged into MyHey they payments method clearly said in Dutch "Domiciliëring". I would assume if it says that, it would also work like that. Right? - I have screenshots of everything.

5) Dec 17th: I wake up to a phone with no 4G or phone service. I opened my email (thanks wifi) to see an e-mail that said "4th (??!) reminder to pay your invoice from Nov 17th & that they blocked my service". As I had a busy day on the road with clients, you can realize how pissed off I was. I had to leave a note for my husband to call Hey, once again. Their explanation? "Automatic banktransfers are only activated 1 month after asking." THEN WHY DID YOUUUUUUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT SAY THAT WHEN I ASKED THEM IN NOVEMBER??? And why does your website say my invoices (this invoice in particular) will be paid automatically?

It literally said:
Invoice ***** - payment method: domiciliëring

Again, I have screenshots to prove it. But on the phone my husband was made out to be the issue and not them.

Also, where are the reminders 1, 2 and even 3? I'm assuming the reminders of before my first phone call were accounted for.

After about 30 hours of being not able to call or search up my customers addresses online & after paying manually, I got my service back.

6) Dec 17th: I received a new invoice that adds 20euro of reminder fees !!!!???? EXCUSE ME? Funny enough, as soon as the automatic payment FINALLY started working. Are you joking? I should bill your company for my wasted time calling you, listening to lies and not being able to be reached by my customers. Absolute scamming practices and I'm appalled.

Obviously: do not go here, it's not worth it.
