courier company lost the first package…but
courier company lost the first package that HGV Direct sent out but Amanda from HGV send an immediate replacement which was greatly appreciated.

I purchased a rear light lens and it…
I purchased a rear light lens and it arrived the next day but one. As we live in the north east of Scotland this is very unusual. The price for the lens was very good but I felt the £24 delivery charge was a bit expensive.
The product itself seems very good quality very similar to the original.
Will certainly use this company again when required.
Thank you for your reply and I do understand that couriers deem our location somewhere akin to the Milky Way and charge accordingly. Prior to ordering from you I contacted our local DAF dealership and they priced a replacement at £61 plus vat but then offered a 25% discount. I felt this was unjustifiable as they would be ordering a few at a time and not couriered up individually.

A great purchasing experience. I first rang to check on an item I was considering buying, the staff answered the phone quickly and very friendly, they were very helpful and checked the items I was looking for. I ordered online and this was another excellent experience. Delivery was great and the items were very well packaged. They sent regular emails regarding the order. Overall a wonderful company, thank you.
