Really good service from Start to finish expertly designed by Gavin, all the tradesmen came when they said they would come, from removing old kitchen,replacing flooring,plastering,electrical work,plumbing and fitting new kitchen all done expertly and tidied up after they left,100% satisfied with all aspects from start to finish.

Every employee we dealt with form this company were friendly,polite and helpful.The salesman ,Garath Bond,who first called was very helpful,listened to what we wanted and advised what he thought was best and gave us a quote. Next the surveyor called with us and reviewed the quote and remeasured all the work,he was also friendly and efficient. The window and door fitter was Nick and his son Oscar. Having trades men working in your house is a lottery,well with Nick and Oscar we hit the jackpot.They arrived in a clean van,always a good sign,on time and wasted no time in getting to work. Even though it was during the recent heat wave they worked on without stopping or complaining, Both were polite and friendly and as they worked they cleaned up any mess that was created.Both even called on Sunday to complete the work.We are very happy with our new windows and front door and we would definitely recommend this company to our friend. A great job all round.Mant thanks.

We just visited the Bangor showroom. Very impressive.Extensive stock. We were given plenty of time to browse without interruption and then Colin listened patiently to our requirements and offered great advice.

We got a new bathroom and it was very well worked from the start with Emily to the finish with all the tradesmen and people behind the desks on the phones. The tradesmen where all very good and would also advise on whether something would look better changed or moved. There was a small problem with the radiator but that wasn't hhi fault and every one I rang was very nice, polite , professional and nothing was any trouble. So yes I would recommend hhi for bathrooms.

Just had our bathroom and separate toilet renovated by HHI Bangor. First class service from design with Emily to construction by the two David’s and Michael. Completed to our satisfaction by quality workmanship evident throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone .

Nicolas did a brilliant job fitting our windows went above and beyond and can't recommend enough, attention to detail was first class

I had my bathroom installed by HHI in 2018. I contacted them on Friday 11th June 2026 regarding issues with my toilet flusher. Stephen the plumber arrived on Tuesday 16th and sorted this. As he went to leave I asked for details to transfer payment. Stephen checked with the office and advised me that there was no charge. I was gobsmacked. Thank you HHI for the amazing job and also for my amazing kitchen which you installed the following year. Xx

We recently had our front and back doors supplied and fitted by HHI and are absolutely delighted with them. Alan visited our home to help us choose the right doors and his professionalism, friendliness and experience were evident from the outset. He listened to what we wanted, offered excellent advice and guided us through the options without any pressure, making the whole decision process straightforward.
As with previous experiences with HHI, the communication from Abbi and Donna was exceptional. They were always friendly, helpful and efficient, keeping us updated throughout and making everything run seamlessly. The installation was carried out by Philip and his team, who were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and nothing was too much trouble. All done within one morning. They were friendly, left everything clean and tidy, and Philip took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions before he left. The whole experience was completely stress free and the quality of the finished doors is fantastic! We couldn't be happier with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending HHI to anyone looking for new doors.

I have just had pvc cladding done on my outside sills. From my initial phonecall everything was done in a very professional and friendly manner from Gareth calling to measure to Conor doing the installation. I would recommend it to anyone

From our initial appointment with Gavin through to the tradesmen who installed our new kitchen we cannot fault HHI Bangor in any way. Each and every person we dealt with was polite, their work was clean and they were punctual each day. A special thank you also goes to Jim who overseen the whole project and went the extra mile for us regarding our dining room floor.

We did have a couple of minor issues with the kitchen on completion but these were dealt with quickly.

Honestly, we would have no hesitation in recommending HHI to family and friends.

Recently had a new bathroom installed by HHI Castlereagh. The service was excellent from the minute I walked into the showroom until completion. The tradesmen where great and all cleared up after them. It took me 3 years to save for this and it was well worth the wait. Love it and would highly recomment this company.

Staff are lovely and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with new bathroom.
I was not happy that I was given power shower when I had asked for electric shower. I complained and issue was sorted within a couple of weeks. I cannot fault the service provided.
I strongly recommend HHI.

Good service by HHI Lisburn, lots of communication, friendly staff and straight forward process. I had Dry Verge fitted around the house. Lead time was only 4-5 weeks vs estimate of 8-10weeks.

We had a fantastic experience with HHI , from the start with the very friendly and welcoming Abbi at reception, Jen who was so helpful and knowledgeable helping us to design our kitchen.
We were so impressed with the team who put our design into reality. Stuart who fitted it, Robert who sorted out our electrical work and Aaron for all the plumbing work. They went above and beyond to sort things out for us.

Had a composite front door supplied and fitted by the Bangor branch. Had an issue with one of the hinges after the warranty had lapsed. Great after sales service from the folks in Bangor as they took ownership of the problem and quickly supplied a replacement. Couldn't ask for more than that.
