We engaged this company as we were asked by our Insurers engineers this needed doing. Mr Hopkins turns up at 8 asks questions about boiler and radiators. Sets up his equipment and for the next 8hrs sets about cleaning out our 10 radiators. He is very thorough and does'nt mind answering questions. We are very happy with his work. Has a good old fashioned approach to customer service. Can only praise him.
