We were very impressed with the friendly team who installed our new boiler.

These people never let me down. Having made a brilliant job at a great price installing the plumbing and heating when we built the house, they have offered a 5* service at a great price on maintenance and repair over the last 20 years!!!

Engineer polite and friendly, as for the people who books the engineers... terrible. Can't get the part, you'll need a new boiler.... what? And that'll be £127. For what? Doing nothing.. Fail to see the Hi Tech with this company... Never use again. You could just sense the not bothered response.

We’ve used Hi-Tech for a number of years and have always found them to be professional and reliable.

Terrible communication led to a new boiler being installed in a way that was not agreed. Nothing in writing or discussed verbally to confirm how they were going to carry out the work in the way they did, but when we complained we received dismissive, rude communication that threatened legal action. Eventually got them to re-locate exposed pipe work and filter to an airing cupboard (as we had originally expected it to be) after over two months of denial and legal threats.

Great guys. Installed boiler last year and serviced it this month. Professional, polite and good service.

We've used Hi-Tech Heating for years and years and found them dependable, very knowledgeable, honest and cannot fault their work. We have an old oil fired Aga and Robert knows it inside out and always works his magic, leaving us with a clean and efficient cooker which is as dependable as he is.

The only point worth watching is that booking well in advance is adviseable, especially if your service is due in the winter!

Thank you for always being able to help in times of need. In these times, it's rare to find such a good company to deal with.

Fantastic service today , called at about 9.15 am and engineer ,Rob turned up about 10.00 am. Found water in oil tank , drained it out , cleared pipe and started boiler . As a precaution I asked home to change the pump , made in 1997 . He had part with him .All finished by 11.00 am.
Extremely tidy and pleasant . Could not recommend more.

I have used Hi Tech Heating for many years to service my boiler and my oil fired AGA, and I have always Lund them to be helpful, and reliable, and not stupidly expensive. I have had the same engineer come out each time so he is well acquainted with my systems and has extensive knowledge of Agas, of which mine is a dying breed. They have always responded swiftly whenever I have experienced problems. In short, a well run and reliable company.

Professional and friendly service - Robert can be relied upon to sort out the (many)idiosyncrasies of our combi boiler!

We had a (to me) pretty complicated set of plumbing problems that needed resolving. Hi-Tech's Alton base is within walking distance so I called in to request someone to visit us and advise. That happened quickly as did a subsequent estimate/job schedule. Good price accompanied by a good feel resulted in the work being booked in for the following week. A two days window was needed and during that time all on the schedule was dealt with despite little unexpected quirks arising. Totally satisfied.

Excellent service. Robert came and sorted out our central heating valve. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Much appreciated.

I was reminded of the service date ahead of time and the engineer who conducted the service was very professional and friendly. He made me feel at ease having a stranger in my home. Then the certificate and invoice was shared in a timely manner, both politely and professionally.
