I ordered a gorgeous ceramic vase but for some reason the courier didnt find me so it never arrived 😭 - but this was not a problem because Dave in the Customer Service immediately refunded my money and suggested I tried to order again, but this time with a 15% discount!
It arrived yesterday and i am happy!

Excellent products; I bought the 4 espresso cups&saucers and although they arrived a bit late, because of the postal services, they made a very appreciated belated birthday gift. It was sort of a bumpy communication with the customer's services, but in the end all worked well, a refund and a voucher included. I would like to recommend a full DHL or other door-to-door delivery service, because that seems to be a problem for everyone outside Germany. The objects are absolutely gorgeous, impeccably crafted, so it would be great if the logistics would work as great. I will definitely buy again from them, only problem being the hard choice between so many beautiful objects.

I ordered the pelican light and it’s absolutely fabulous.

Delivery to the UK was pretty painless and the product description was on point.

I purchased a duck-shaped lamp, the package arrived very quickly, but due to a courier error it arrived broken. After writing to the customer service, after a few hours I was refunded in full the amount of the lamp and they also gave me a 15% discount on other purchases

Ordered the Painting Birds Vogi from Werns. Great product and service all round.

My only observation would be, don't miss the delivery details displayed on the payment page, like I did.
When ordering from the UK, DHL handles the shipping in Germany, before passing it on to the relevant service for UK delivery. DHL will mark the item as "Delivered Successful" on the tracking link, despite the item still being in Germany. This simply means the item has been passed on, not delivered to the wrong address in Germany like I first thought.

I think it is down to DHL to make that clearer, and shouldn't reflect on the service provides by WERNS.

I hope this review helps someone else down the line.

Dreadful company stay away from them! no one reply's to any emails, calls go to answer machine. Item arrived in a terrible condition, it was supposed to be a present, but it looked so bad had to buy something else., I paid £100, I probably should have paid £20 for this quality. So disappointed looks like I will not get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM WERNS.

So disappointed with our product! Please I urge anyone not to spend there money. We are not talking about a couple of pound, we spent £500 and what we received was heartbreaking. Waiting on company to refund or even reply.

Horrible store
I received a broken lamp for my birthday. I sent it back immediately, asking for an exchange. The new lamp never came, neither did they refund my money. I have written 4 emails to customer service and have not had one responce. This 4 months ago and is still unresolved. Do not buy anything from this store as they can not be trusted.

I would not recommend buying anything from these people as they disappear after they take your money.
