Super shop to buy beautiful things
It’s a great store they have beautiful products and a top service. I ordered some pots but I didn’t like them and before I had send them back they returned my money. I have never had a company who did this. And David who is a salesman is the best help if you have a question……. Now I have bought a beautiful elephant table because I love elephants. The next buy wil be the octopus bowl ❤️🙈

No repayment for returned goods
I bought two lamps from hi-werns two days apart. Both were delivered promptly. Unfortunately I had to return one of the shipments. Well, this was more than a month ago. Even though confirmation of returned shipment was received I have not received a penny back. I do like the one lamp that we decided to keep, but it's sort of ruined for me, because now it only reminds me that I've been robbed of 176,95 euros.
The case is passed on to their buyer protection Trusted Shops and to Paypal. Wish me luck getting my money back.
Update December: Well, Trusted Shops did nothing, but thankfully Paypal secured a return of my money. Thank you Paypal.
