I must recommend this place very highly, as from the Ear Care Practitioner to the Hearing Aid Dispenser, my experience was amazing !!
Getting my ears syringed was made easy by the care and thoughtfulness from Theresa, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Also getting my hearing tested by the very professional Donna was very informative and done with so much care and actually made my experience enjoyable, thanks to Hidden Hearing.
I have already recommended this delightful place to my friends and family

Great service from Hidden Hearing. Everything was very well explained during the hearing tests and the introduction to my first hearing aids.

An appointment for microsuction to remove ear wax was followed the next day with a hearing test. Both times the Hidden Hearing staff were very helpful and informative. The receptionist managed to get me booked in at short notice and times which suited me. A follow up hearing test appointment was made just after the end of the second visit.

Carol Anne made me feel very comfortable and relaxed when I went for my annual hearing test.
We chatted comfortably and she remembered about my grandson’s recent move to his new flat.
The whole experience was very refreshing and rewarding as my hearing is much the same, so no problem at all.

Donna, nice friendly lady gave me a hearing test and updated my aids on her laptop, recommended i update my aids but unfortunately I am unable at present to do so.thank you
