My experience with Hidden Hearing was excellent. From the moment my wife and I went in the door until we came out. Izzy on reception made us coffee and Sean, the audiologist, who was very professional and very friendly, had great patience explaining everything to my technophobic brain.
I recommended the company to my sister who has since made an appointment.

Following an overworked NHS and getting a hearing aid that was basic and unsuitable, I contacter Hidden Hearing Ayr. The audiologist came to my home due to my poor mobility.
He was pleasant; respectful; understanding;VERY experienced and VERY knowledgeable.

100% satisfaction. I WOULDN'T go elsewhere.

All went according to plan

This was annual check up of my hearing and also my hearing aids. This was comprehensive covering the condition of my ears, hearing and updating the aids.

I had a hearing test in Ayr on 9/4 and the whole experience was friendly, professional and easy. The premises are spotless, the staff welcoming and I received clear feedback. Thanks !

First class treatment, options clearly explained without any pressure and time taken to answer my questions.

This company visit the island I live upon regularly. I used them for the first time today and the gentleman, Simon, was so professional. He explained clearly what was taking place during the testing and was very pragmatic when guiding me on next steps. I would not hesitate to recommend Hidden Hearing.

On entering the clinic was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made me feel very welcome. As I had arrived a little early was offered either a tea, coffee or water which I found to be very thoughtful. I did not have long to wait until I saw the audiologist who was also very pleasant, he explained everything in detail and didn't push for me to purchase hearing aids until he has completed all the checks required.

I was really impressed with the service and advice. I didn’t realise how much of my hearing I had lost. The hearing aids are discreet and come in different colours! Also aftercare is free for ever! When I left I could hear so much clearer and things I hadn’t missed like clock ticking and birdsong. Wonderful! Thankyou.
