Well informed and shared that clearly and simply. Not ‘pushy’ in so far as recommendation for future hearing aid requirements but sensitive and laid out various options.

Everything about my hearing was explained to me in a way the I could understand

I get on well with the audiologist I see. She always makes me feel at ease with the hearing test and what needs doing. The staff are always welcoming and happy to help with anything.

The appointment was thorough, the explanations easily intelligible and the product is great.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

Lovely lady conducted my tests. Very helpful and informative. She was visiting from Brighton.

Everything went really well. The young man did my waxing was very nice and explained everything he was doing all the time and why.

My audiologist yejide has been outstanding from the beginning! I got told I needed a hearing aid in 2023 after recently turning 19 and I was quite worried as a young person however she made me feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning by explaining everything throughly and went through the best hearing aid options for me! Im 21 now and I have no issues with the fact I have the hearing aid and I even embrace it now! They do yearly check ups to retest your hearing etc and always make sure you walk out of there happy ! Every time I have a check up yejide is absolutely amazing! Honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else for your hearing aids especially as a young person as she was amazing and made me feel so much more confident about having a hearing aid! Receptionist Lisa is so polite and friendly too and nothings ever too much to ask and she has always made me feel so welcome when going there! Thank you ❤️

Lisa on reception was so helpful and is always so cheerful and friendly. She put new speakers in my Mum's hearing aids which meant my Mum could hear again, & then she called to say more slots were available for ear syringing which meant my Mum could be seen sooner. The lovely guy who syringed her ears was so good and patient as it took quite a while to do because her ears were so bad

As always seen promptly and tested thoroughly after discussion on new technologies and my experience we decided on a trial of a new hearing system

I met the receptionist a very nice respectful lady. She was polite and friendly with me. I was attended to byYejide Aiyeola with warmth, and due diligence and professionalism.
Ye jide treated me like a father. She was very professional.
The environment was very good.
